Remember! to bow when entering and leaving the studio. When bowing, don’t forget to proudly say the “Life Skill of the Month”. It will be posted on the front door.

We’ve had lots of birthday parties! Ask someone who has had their party at the studio. The karate training is fun (you already know that but your friends don’t) and mom and dad don’t have to clean up the mess! Krav Maga is back!
Thomas Norwood is offering classes Krav Maga, the official self-defense system of the Israeli securtiy forces. Krav is a figthing system developed to neutralize an attacker quickly and completely. The 1 hour classes are held between each Monday & Thursday. 8:00-9:00 PM Call for details.
