Krav Maga is back! Thomas Norwood is offering classes Krav Maga, the official self-defense system of the Israeli securtiy forces. Krav is a figthing system developed to neutralize an attacker quickly and completely. The 1 hour classes are held between each Monday & Thursday. 8:00-9:00 PM Call for details.

Teens and Adults! Mixed Matial Arts Training is here to ATA in South Deerfield. Round out your martial arts training with groundfighitng, submissions and takedowns. New to martial arts? Our MMA classes are great for beginners. Do you have experience in wresting or boxing or just want a fun way to get in shape? This class may be for you. Classes meet on Tuesay and Thurday 6:00 - 8:00 PM.
